Just provide us with the date, the number of guests you’re having, and your catering selections from the menu page, and we will provide you with your choice of fall-off-the bone barbecue beef, pulled pork, tender tri-tip, and bbq chicken worth crossing any street for. Our old fashioned sides are each crafted into our special Big K signature dishes, like smotatoes, (smashed potatoes) and our famous coleslaws, both creamy and Carolina style, among many others. And don’t forget the two varieties of mac ‘n’ cheese, both traditional and queso.

Have a fish lover in your party? We offer wild caught salmon fillets in addition to all the delectable meats, poultry, burgers, and grilled hot dogs. We even cater a baked potato bar loaded with all the fixings. We have a full appetizer menu, including items such as stuffed mushrooms, smoked meat skewers, and kabobs. Special order breakfast and dessert items are available upon request. All of these choices make this the most complete and satisfying catered barbecue you’ll find anywhere.
